Our Mission

Fellowship Bible Church exists to unleash the Good News of Jesus.

God's good news about Jesus is powerful enough to save, instruct, rebuke, and rescue, as needed, in everyone's life: God can handle His job!

It's our job as individual believers to unleash that message in our worlds: to so pray and work and speak, at home, at work, in our neighborhoods and networks, that “grace extends to more and more people it may increase thanksgiving to the glory of God.” (2Cor 4:15)

The local church (i.e. FBC) exists to unleash that Power in each of us, equipping us to be the people God has made us to be in the places He's put us (Eph 4:12). So our focus is on sharing the Good News, over and over again. We exist to make disciples of Jesus together.

History

Fellowship Bible Church was established in Palmyra, WI in 1982. Originally founded by a group of Christian friends, and hosted in a home, it eventually outgrew that living room and moved into the Irving Young Community Center. When the group outgrew that space too, it moved across the hall into the gym there at the middle school. Though there has always been a hope of one day having a building to call our own, FBC still holds Sunday worship services at the Palmyra-Eagle Middle School Gym, and we are deeply grateful to the school district for allowing us to meet there all these years.

FBC was founded on orthodox Christian doctrine, and holds true to that faith still. Follow the link below for our detailed doctrinal statement.
