Who Formed Who? Isaiah 44

We all want redemption. But we like shortcuts too. God invites us to lay our ‘everything’ in His hands. The formed-gods of the world invite us to conform to them and experience positive self-feelings for a little while. But in the end… emptiness and shame. But those who hope in God? They know the joy of serving The God, of being on the inside of the all-working, all-good, work of God. That’s redemption.
