Where does God give comfort?

We want comfort. Where do we need to be, to get the comfort of the “God of all comfort”?

God gives comfort to His afflicted people, who are situated among other afflicted people. Christians experience the comforts of Christ by going through afflictions together, not by avoiding them and each other.
