Our vision is simple: Discipleship. As individuals, in our relationships, as a community, by our programs…Discipleship.
To explain that process a little better, here’s a diagram we use:

Fellowship Bible Church exists to reconnect people with God, with God’s story, with God’s people, and with God’s mission. His mission is to reconnect people with God, with His…you get the idea.

Discipleship is our Vision because it is God’s Vision.
We were made to Glorify God. (Hab 2:14; also, here’s why God making us to glorify Him is also the most loving thing He could do for us: “Is God for Us or for Himself?“.)
God is most glorified when Jesus is Honored above all. (Phil 2:9-11)
Jesus is Honored above all when He is followed and obeyed with joy.
Discipleship is both following Jesus’ example and obeying His commands. (Matt 28:18-20) If we we want to be Disciples of a Disciple-Maker, we must be Disciple-Making Disciples.
Or, to put it another way, God’s will is for us to follow and obey Jesus in Discipleship, which spreads God’s Kingdom, which “Hallows” God’s Name. (Matt 6:9-13)
